Very fun game.  8/10 it would be fun if you add a reset mechanic or somthing else to make it longer.

#1 spot yeaaaaaaaaa

I find it interesting how although it becomes more and more like the average incremental game or idle game after getting upgrades, this game starts out as almost an anti-bullet hell, where you are trying to get hit by things on the screen.

This is in contrast to most clickers where any of the "active gameplay" of clicking is almost immediately discarded as a gameplay element in favor of the automated or "idle" elements.

bullet heaven

i need to stop at 16 pro cursors and 11 vortexes before i go in this downward spiral where i play this game for 3 days straigh

It's quite the cool concept and fun at first. I ended up leaving it to run idle so I could get to #1. But it ended up crashing my browser and crashing it whenever I tried to open it, causing me to have to reinstall my browser.

This game resonated with me as a game dev but I couldn't figure out why until today. It's because the cookie is a metaphor for our game (or whatever we create). We want clicks, and it literally feels like the start where we are dragging our product around hoping that just one or two people will click into our content. The journey to 100K clicks was like some kind of cathartic experience.

is there a way play the game on iPad because the cookie doesn’t follow where I’m tapping/holding on the screen, is there a way to play the game on safari

No, sorry currently only mouse movement is supported.

Hey, it should be possible now to play with your ipad. Keep in mind its not designed to work on mobile/ tablet so it may or may not break sometimes. I would recommend playing with an apple pencil if you have one because it becomes easier to see your cookie and the cursors. 🙂

it works now, thanks 😊 sorry it took me so long to respond. Kind of forgot about this after the game jam ended if I could change my rating I would

fun at the start but there isnt enough happening. fun concept though

This just might be one of the best simulator games that has something to do with clicking and cookies. I know it's a huge genre but it's at least the second best one, for sure.

(Oh, and I took the first place for now)

Why do I start with 0 cookies and can't actually start the game?

(+2)

Sorry we had a bug in the game with our database. I just fixed it. Please try logging in again. I gave you 100k cookies for the inconvenience :)

(+1)

Don't have 100k, but it works now

(+1)

Hey. I tried giving you 100k cookies again. We are really sorry that the database integration didn't go as smooth as expected.

Played a little to much

Did I win?

Great game!

As someone who's just a fan of numbers getting big (/lh), I love how this kinda makes me think of screensavers
Also at one point I bought copious amounts of cursors and no mistakes were made because COMBOS!!

(+1)

An interesting concept. I like "reverse" ideas.

(+2)

It's comfortable not clicking around just hovering over the mouse

(+1)

Really well done! I love your take on the theme, I wouldn't have thought that playing the cookie in the clicker game is that fun xD Great job and good luck in the jam!

(+2)

This is a great performance!!!!! I've spent 40 minutes on this and I'm not going to stop!)

If you make it to 2,14B Coins the Coins will overflow to negative 2,14B coins. I bet you can't do that :P

(+1)

How do I know where the correct spot is?

The correct spot is under a cursor! You'll have to follow them around and wait for them to click (which they do on a timer), and get upgrades to make it easier!
